1. What StarJam Does

StarJam uses AI to place your face into music video clips for entertainment purposes. All generated content is clearly labeled as AI-generated.

2. Your Content

  • You must only upload images of yourself or someone who has given you explicit permission.
  • You retain ownership of your selfie. We do not claim ownership of your face data.
  • Generated videos may be shared publicly by you, but must be clearly identified as AI-generated.

3. Prohibited Use

  • Using someone else's face without their consent
  • Creating defamatory, harassing, or misleading content
  • Creating deepfakes intended to deceive (political, fraud, impersonation)
  • NSFW or explicit content

4. Music Video Copyright

StarJam produces short-form, transformative AI-generated content for personal entertainment. The original music video copyrights remain with their respective owners. StarJam operates under fair use for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Refunds are available within 24 hours if the generated video is unusable due to a technical error.
  • No refunds for subjective quality complaints — use the free preview to evaluate quality first.

6. AI Disclaimer

StarJam content is AI-generated entertainment. Results may vary. By using StarJam, you acknowledge that outputs are synthetic and may contain visual artifacts. We are not responsible for how generated content is used after creation.

7. Account Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, including prohibited use, content safety violations, or fraudulent activity.
  • You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@studioram.app.
  • Unused Fan Pack or Top Fan credits are non-refundable after 30 days. Within 30 days, contact us for a prorated refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarJam's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify StarJam and its operators against claims arising from your use of the service, including content you create, share, or upload.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use StarJam. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
