📱 Camera permissions: FaceJam currently uses file upload (no camera access needed). Simply take a selfie with your phone's camera app, then upload the photo. We never access your camera directly. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP (max 10MB).

🔧 Troubleshooting
My face looks weird in the result
Try a different selfie with better lighting and a more straight-on angle. The AI needs clear facial features to make a good swap.
Some frames don't have my face
This is normal! When the performer turns sideways, looks down, or is in dark lighting, the AI can't detect a face and keeps the original. This actually makes the result more natural.
Processing seems stuck
Longer videos take more time. If it's been more than 10 minutes, try refreshing the page — your job will still be processing in the background. Check status by returning to the same URL.
Upload failed
Check your file size (max 200MB for video, 10MB for selfie) and format (MP4, MOV, WebM for video; JPG, PNG, WebP for selfie). Slow internet connections may timeout on large files.
